Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital, formerly located on the lakefront near Froedtert Kenosha Medical Center, reopened its new facilities on the west side of Kenosha in 2002. Since then, Infinity has been its partner, providing Emergency Medicine, Imaging Services and Occupational Health Services. Located in the Village of Pleasant Prairie, this facility serves the west side of Kenosha and the surrounding communities. As part of the United Hospital System, this facility offers premiere medical services.
A Level III Regional Trauma Center and Walk-In Clinic, this campus serves approximately 40,000 patients per year. Upon completion of the current expansion, the modern, state-of-the-art facilities will include twenty-six private exam rooms as well as CT and X-ray rooms. Utilizing an electronic health record, this department operates with high efficiency and a focus on customer service. Infinity’s commitment to integration is proven by the key leadership positions held by Infinity physicians throughout the United Hospital System.
Froedtert South’s Occupational Medicine program provides occupational health services to the employees and employers of Southeastern Wisconsin and Northeastern Illinois for over two decades. Infinity HealthCare supports these local businesses providing diagnostic, preventive, and restorative services, including comprehensive treatment and management for work-related injuries and illnesses. Infinity HealthCare’s service menu is extensive and includes pre-placement screening, fitness for duty/return to work evaluations, rehabilitation services, urine drug and alcohol testing, D.O.T. Exams, Hearing Conservation Programs, Asbestos Surveillance Exams, Blood Borne Pathogen standard Compliance, and respirator qualification.

Kenosha, Wisconsin is located on the western shore of Lake Michigan, just north of the Illinois-Wisconsin border, between Chicago and Milwaukee.
