For over 100 years, St. Elizabeth Hospital has been a leader in providing quality healthcare through general care, surgical services and variety of medical specialties including cardiology, emergency medicine, intensive care, obstetrics, oncology, and pediatrics. In 1995, after more than a century of providing healthcare, St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, WI and Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, WI joined to form Affinity Health System. With Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR), St. Elizabeth Hospital and Mercy Medical Center are leaders in the field for treatment of cardiovascular and pulmonary disorders.
Since July 1, 2005, Infinity HealthCare has staffed and managed the Emergency Departments at St. Elizabeth Hospital and Mercy Medical Center. In addition, Infinity provides oversight and consultation services in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine. Staffed and managed with residency trained, board certified Emergency Medicine physicians and physician extenders, this facility provides medical care to over 27,000 patients annually. As faculty and preceptor, Infinity HealthCare is affiliated with the Family Practice Residency Program.
