President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Gregory Cierlik joined Infinity HealthCare in 2006, as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Utilizing more than 25 years of experience in healthcare administration, as well as strong legal and financial expertise, Mr. Cierlik works closely with the Infinity Physician leadership and currently oversees the business operations of Infinity HealthCare’s Emergency Medicine, Imaging Services, Anesthesia, Occupational Medicine, and Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine practices throughout Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Mr. Cierlik was the driving force behind the development of operational, quality and performance metrics, thereby enhancing the quality and efficiency of Infinity HealthCare services. His development and implementation of long-term strategic plans for gaining greater market share are proving vital to the growth of Infinity HealthCare.

Prior to joining Infinity HealthCare, Mr. Cierlik served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lincoln Park Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. While at Lincoln Park Hospital, Mr. Cierlik created and initiated a comprehensive repositioning plan, and successfully improved the hospital’s financial performance. Mr. Cierlik also served as National Practice Director of Healthcare Restructuring and Recovery for Arthur Anderson, where he directed the development of a healthcare turnaround methodology focused on achieving sustainable financial performance results and market position. Earlier, Mr. Cierlik held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, where he implemented numerous clinical programs in collaboration with the University of Chicago, Division of Biological Sciences, created a strong brand identity for the hospital and increased total market share by 20%.

Mr. Cierlik received a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from DePaul University and a JD from The John Marshall Law School. Mr. Cierlik is a member of the Illinois State Bar.
