Comment Policy

Infinity reserves the right (but is not obligated) to do any or all of the following:

1. Remove communications that fail to conform with this Policy or otherwise with the Terms and Conditions for use of Infinity’s web site or any other policy pertaining to the site;
2. Terminate the user’s access to the blog feature upon any such breach; and
3. Edit or delete any communications posted on the blog feature, regardless of whether such communications violate the standards set forth herein.

Finally, you agree that you will indemnify Infinity against any damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of a claim by a third party relating to any material you have posted.

For your own privacy, do not post detailed personal medical information linked to your name. This Policy will be interpreted in a manner consistent with Infinity’s notice of privacy practices.
